DEBATE MYSTERY: DID BUSH HAVE HIDDEN EARPIECE OR TRANSMITTER?

Section 5, pages 4-5 of the binding "Memorandum of Understanding" that was negotiated and agreed upon by both political campaigns states:

"No props, notes, charts, diagrams, or other writings or other tangible things may be brought into the debate by either candidate.... Each candidate must submit to the staff of the Commission prior to the debate all such paper and any pens or pencils with which a candidate may wish to take notes during the debate, and the staff or commission will place such paper, pens and pencils on the podium..."

So what did GOP presidential contender George W. Bush have protruding from the back of his sport coat during Thursday evening's presidential debate?

Why the bizarre "let me finish!" outburst and frequent dead air pauses?

Video replays of the Bush maneuvers played all weekend on the internet.

Many savvy observers and tech specialists have suggested that the visual and auditory evidence indicates Bush was using some type of broadband transmitter or earpiece device, possibly relaying messsages from Senior Advisers Karl Rove and Karen Hughes.

If true, this would not be the only rule in the "Memorandum of Understanding" that the Bush Campaign has broken since the debate. They are now running an advertisement containing debate footage, which both campaigns explicitly agreed not to do in the memorandum.
