20. If Obama pulls this off, it'll do two things.
One, it'll all but seal up reelection in 2012 barring an extreme fuckup.

Two, it'll become the new "third rail" of politics--Republicans will not be able to touch it without appearing to be the cold, unfeeling jackasses they are. It'll become like Social Security--you DO NOT FUCK WITH SOCIAL SECURITY.
