It is a more like "do they have the balls to be so obvious". who knows. Luckily, every state is different and if enough states are won they will not be able to steal it no matter the size or metallic nature of there dangling protuberances.
That is why we can win this time! If we fight 'till the end as if we are 20 points behind.
What we do really can matter this time! Even with "shenanigans" ;-)
