5. Anyone who defends the actions of the last few days...
... is either a) a person who is aware OR unaware of their own underlying racist tendencies, b) one who is truly brainwashed into not seeing any fault in this candidate/campaign, no matter how blatant or c) a decent person who has been spun and spun and spun into a state of utter confusion.

Because I am a HOPEful person, I think the majority of Gerry/Hillary defenders are in that last catagory.

Sadly, I think that the fact that so many Hill supporters didn't see anything wrong with the statement is an underlying sign of racism itself. If the WHOLE WORLD is telling you that comments are racist, or at least can easily be CONSTRUED as racist - then there IS something wrong with the statement and you need to take a long hard look at yourselves in the mirror and figure out what you truly believe.

In a very short time, Hillary will be done with her campaign (one way or another) and I suspect most of the people who have either been brainwashed or confused or spun will come around. This FOG of negativity Hillary has everyone wading through will lift and everyone will fall in line behind Barack.

That small percentage of "democrats" that continue to defend and continue to see NOTHING racially hurtful or divisive in the statements, well I suggest that they should find a new party and candidate. I believe you will find the GOP candidate's views align most closely with your own.
