And that is true in every state election where DC lobbists have interests ---

Stop being so defensive -- you know the reality of this --

Yes, SF will vote -- just as people in every state will vote -- but there are outside influences which can sometimes be very effective.

California's many referendums, beginning with Proposition #13 and moving on to the Gray "recall" don't seem to have necessarily originated in California --
