28. People are weird.
Some people are quick to dump Clark because he is doing something THEY don't think he should. Yesterday these same people thought Clark was a genius, a patriotic American and a man whose opinions carried weight...right up until he endorsed somebody they don't like. Instead of thinking, "Gee, Wes Clark is somebody I have always respected. I wonder if I should give this endorsement some thought?" they say, "I have lost all respect for the man." and "Remove him from Wespac." Like all the little armchair quarterbacks all across America have a better idea of what to do than Wes Clark does.

I get this same feeling when my husband bitches about Tiger Woods' club selection. He is Tiger-Fucking-Woods. He knows what he is doing.
