Wow... I don't know when.

Government sanctioned torture, searches and wiretaps without a warrant. Secret courts
(assuming you get any trial at all).

I know most DU'ers are anti-gun but there's a reason the founding fathers put the
2nd ammendment in the constitution and it does not have anything to do with
hunting or target shooting.

The reason for the 2nd ammendment is so that if it comes down to it, the people
will have the means to "throw off" a government gone bad.
