The sexual harrassment is because these are people in lower ranking positions in the workplace that he is coming on to and he is in a position of power.

I don't care if Foley is gay...but pedophilia and sexual harrassment is not okay. I don't think anyone has been making fun of Foley being Gay or making jokes.
