  Just a thought. I was thinking about the wording myself. Chavez has made a point of courting the American people while verbally excoriating the Boosh Administration, itself. Calling Boosh "the Devil" has a different inflection than, for instance, the Ayatollah Khomeini calling the United States (collectively) "The Great Satan" or Ronald Reagan collectively calling the former Soviet Union "an evil empire".

  Truthfully, when rhetoric reaches biblical or eschatological levels, such nuances are lost in the halo of emotion around those words or phrases.

  Among the pantheon of nicknames for Bush that Chavez has used, I personally favor "Mr. Danger" but to the American ear that might have a favorable, even Bond-ish, ring.
