16. what are you talking about? Bush is a lame duck if he loses, therefore
in order to keep a US. middle east presence he must not lose house and/or senate power rendering Bush and Cheney lame duck status, no power moves, investigations a plentyfull!

I'm talking about Bush using the fear-fear-fear-factor to once again accomplish winning and election as he did in 2004 - it's really an instant repeat of remember 9-11 and scare tactics to accomplish not losing power come November...end of story!
