...is to wire a prisoner's testicles up to 250,000 volts along with smearing shit all over their bodies, tying their hands with plastic wire, inflicting 1st degree burns with cigars, allowing German Shepard dogs to bite and inject saliva into open wounds and cutting off the blood circulation until nerve damage results. I got it now!:sarcasm:

The part which the prisoners really start chattering is when standing totally naked in front of female soldiers who allowed to ridicule their manhood, fondle their penis and bush broom sticks up their ass. I'm bet that got results also.
