Just heard her on CNN saying that because Bush has been tying Iraq to the war on terror, and his approval rating for the war on Iraq has become dismal, people are now starting to disapprove of his performance on Iraq.

In other words, to his detriment, Bush has successfully programed many Americans to equate the war on terror with his failed Iraqi adventure.
