9. didn't john asscroft float that same idea back in May/June 2004?
I remember talk of possibly suspending the 2004 elections if there were a new 911 or some other major carnage event. That thought was bantered about while some inside the WH tested the legality or searched for answers as to whether or not that suspending the 2004 elections was legal.
The outcome was moot since bush and his Dick "stole another election" correct me if I am wrong but I do recall talk of this very subject we are discussing right now.

bush and his Dick have no alternative. They can't afford to allow this Nov mid-term election.. Too risky. Should they fail to use that Martial Law Suspending the Elections and tempt the hand of fate by permitting the elections to go forward they stand to lose big time. A Democratic House and or Senate or both would mean certain investigations will go forward that could mean possible arrests for the entire WH, indictments, convictions and maybe "the Death Sentence" for 911 atrocities.

I will now go read that story.
