comment I heard tonight at a reception as we were discussing the "foiled terror plot" about the planes. I just shook my head, having explained that a good deal of what my companions were saying they had heard on the news was basically BS, and said, "if they had a handle on things, this wouldn't have happened>" came to the conclusion I had not had enough wine, and that there probably wasn;t enough wine at that venue to have their comments make any sense.

clearly some of the 30%.
