4. Can it be disputed that, whenever a public official gets busted...

...for sex-related crimes, there is almost always--like 95% of the time--an "R" after his name? It's actually worth studying, I think. I mean we had Bob Packwood and they have, uh, everyone else, right? And Bill Clinton had consentual sex with another adult, so he doesn't count.
