through money given to Abramoff and passed to whoever had the power to cancel their lisence.., he did that behind the scenes
Abramoff personally went to the Tigua Tribe and told them he could get their License back and took $250,000 from the Tigua's and never did anything for them.. he just ripped them off because he could.
