2. Training the Iraqis is different then sending troops. I think if they get
anyone to help in the training, it will be done outside of Iraq. Again, years here. Europe knows what's going on. They are suppose to erase all the debt, send troops and money to clean the mess, but will not be allowed to get their hands on the spoils of the invasion. Sure they're going to help - NOT.
