Are any areas besides PA facing poll location changes?

I was checking out the Scranton Times Tribune online and learned that some Lackawanna County, PA, polling places for heavily Democratic precincts have been changed since the primary and that there's a frantic last-minute rush to get mailings out to voters.

"Lackawanna County will make a rush mass mailing to more than 10,000 registered voters to notify them of polling place changes in Tuesday's general election."

Apparently there were allegations of the GOP trying to shake things up:

"The mailing is part of a compromise reached Wednesday evening in U.S. District Court after the Lackawanna County Democratic Committee sued the county Board of Elections in an attempt to block the relocation of 15 heavily Democratic precincts to new polling places."

Are any other areas having such problems?
