Just like it's insulting that the Bush Administration doesn't even bother to cover the fact they are war profiteers.
On some basic subconscious level, I think Americans are insulted that Bush was so totally unprepared at the last debate.
If he doesn't want the job bad enough to WORK HARD PREPARING for an appearance.... get the hell out of the race.
How ironic that the Slacker in Chief repeated "hard work" over and over.
