in this campaign because she is a woman. And, because her opponent is a black man. The standards are different.

She is attacked if she mentions her gender. "playing the gender card."
Conversely, Obama uses his race, runs on his race, and if that fact is mentioned by Clinton--she is racist. There is a double standard.

Clinton is doing everything the guys are doing, but "backwards and in highheels" as they said about Ginger Rogers. And despite that--she thrives.

Perhaps they are a reason to vote for her, because it shows how tough she is and how smart she is and how, despite the leg up that Obama is getting, and despite the lack of level playing field, she is winning. Perhaps her strength is a reason to vote for her.
