away from what we believe in for whichever candidate we support?
This is not to promote a candidate or attack another. I am still undecided - and I can throw here the posts that argue that voting for IWR didn't help Bush start his war.
I do understand supporting a candidate - once upon a time I was similarly afflicted following a successful draft.
But I think we all agree that all our candidates - while galaxies above the GOP loonies, are imperfect - yeah, even Gravel and Kucinich.
But maybe we should double check with our conscience - how far do we want to go, when we promote our candidate - and especially when we attack another. Elections come and go, we'll still have to see ourselves in the mirror afterwards.
I decided that in the meanwhile, I'll continue to make fairness my issue while posting on different threads, while waiting to decide my vote on February 5. So far - still Gravel.
