Noses are different lengths and cheekbones are different too.
Again doing what any sculpture teacher would have you do - draw some lines
on corresponding points. Notice the fake Osama on the left whose cheek
is intersected by the line. the same line drawn on the real Osama shows the cheek
above the line.

Fake Osama's nostril is higher because his nose is much shorter.

Not even close. We are being lied to about this bogus tape.
