Nouri is talking about the PATRIOT/Library bit, then he's rambling on about doing away with the 22d Amendment

trying to connect 911 and what's been happening since, vis a vis the above two comments

made reference above to 22d amendment B* as "king"

first caller talking about Kissinger, and how B* tried to appoint him the first head of the 911 commission; how dirty his hands are
