84. How do you define "mass casualty event"?
Is based on corpses, injured, corpses plus injured, the amount of media time the event draws... what?


The DOJ tracks homicide victims per incident as either "1", "2", "3", "4", or "5+". Assuming you pick "5+" category as a "mass casually event", how many do we have a year?
