2. I've heard this talk from several other people as well.
I guess my question is who is making sure that the anonymous statistical data is staying anonymous. I would also like to know who determines what is a "health status factor" or not.
Besides those two questions (which I'll likely be able to answer on my own with some research, but if somebody already knows and would like to post the answers, they would be given The Interwebs award for awesomeness! :D ) I don't really see where they are getting this from.
The sad thing is that bat-shit crazy stuff like this does harm to the cause of Gun Owners all over the nation. It's counterproductive in the extreme.
