Let's see, 35 states are shall issue or have no restrictions on CCW, 9 are may-issue, and the rest deny people the ability to carry concealed...but crime has decreased to it's lowest level since 1973? According to some anti's down here in J/PS - THIS CAN'T BE TRUE!!!
