2. A very popular epithet in the MG household
All-purpose curse.

Slightly OT, last weekend I was at my cousin's son's graduation party. Although we grew up together, we haven't really been very close as adults--just went our separate ways, I guess--and this was the first time I'd seen her in a few years. The party was in a tent on her lawn, and we all got trapped there when some really vicious storms blew through--torrential downpours. Then, out of the blue, she said, "I don't think the heavy stuff is going to come down for quite a while." And for some reason I couldn't stop laughing. It just erased all the years and it was like we'd never been apart. :D
