Damnit, one of the deer that's been feeding in our backyard just got hit by a car.

Just pulled it off the highway. I heard it hit too and went out to investigate. Hope the other ones are okay. This sucks. I like seeing them feed in our little meadow. Kind of a reminder that maybe everything isn't so fucked up in the world. The kitties liked them too. :-(
