in beer gardens. They have a spiral slicer so it comes out in one long ring of radish, sliced very thin. You put salt on it and eat it with your pretzel, ribs and other beer garden fare. It's called Radi.

Funny enough, it is also a healthy food for the liver, along with mustard, broccoli, and kraut among others. Pretty good idea for a beer drinking country.
