Milkensghost: Article 9 is the single most important code in human history in terms of expanding commerce in this country and indeed around the world. No business could be done without secured transactions.

Friedmanisgod: Screw that, penny stock sniffer. Secured transactions existed before article 9 and you dont have to have a degree from Wharton to know that Article 5 is the big dog of commerce. 99% of the major transactions that go down today rely on letters of credit.
