19. It is very possible
that I'll qualify for healthcare after a 2 years. I still have to meet with someone at Social Security to find out their details, rules and proceedures. But I won't survive the 2 year wait.

I have found some programs that charge 1/3 income for housing, but one requires that you be at least 55, and the others require that you be at least 65. I'm turning 40 this year.

I need to find some that have openings and see if I can get an exemption of some kind, but I've already been told that those are rare and take years. There are waiting lists of up to 5 years to get into many of these places.

I'm still looking though.
