27. I wish I had broken it off
I guess I was too naive in thinking things would work out after we got married & lived together. Or, maybe I was blinded to her faults and didn't realize that neither of us were ready for marriage. (Not saying I was perfect...just didn't know exactly what I was looking for)

But, things got even worse after we got married and our marriage quickly fell apart. We had a few problems right away and that really accelerated the slide downhill and we never really recovered. Looking back, it might have been a blessing. At least she was cut off from running up debt on my credit card after she filed for divorce. (When she filed for divorce she told me I was lucky she didn't max out all the credit cards - though she did come reasonably close to it)
