41. Gentle stretching.
Don't bounce, just gently lean into a stretch of your inner thighs, one at a time. Then take a couple of Ibuprophen.

I used to get the same annoying reaction when I studied ballet. Try sitting on the floor in a half split and bringing your chest down to one knee. (or as close as you can get comfortably, stop when you feel the stretch).
