I've thought about it a little bit, but have never made one. I do have a LiveJournal, even though I don't update very regularly, and it's filled with inside jokes between me and my friends. I don't know... I just like that site more, even if you can't technically do as much with it as you can on MySpace. I'm an introvert and LiveJournal seems more fitting as a place to just talk about life/what's on your mind. MySpace seems more for extroverts; more for "networking" and making half-hearted friendships. But it's cool for anyone who has fun with it; I'm just not sure it would be for me.
