ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- Police said a naked St. Augustine man was arrested for disturbing guests at a motel.

David Smithers is accused of tossing a television set from the second floor, walking around naked in the parking lot and yelling obscenities to guests. He was arrested without incident Monday night on charges of exposure of sexual organs and disorderly conduct.

No injuries were reported.
