if i'm too tired to sleep, it's because there's a pain element somewhere, so there's my RX

don't do it every nite tho, it's for emergency occasions! :-)

if there is no pain element, i just need to chill, often reading something technical or difficult will make me sleepy

i know some people go for the "light" reading but this doesn't work for me, it just bores me and makes me twitchy, there has to be some element of intensity -- if it is true junk reading, it has to be very fast paced, but it works better if it is something on multiple levels that pulls me out of myself for a little while
