I appreciate your thoughtful remarks.....

In fact, my thread was inspired by an email from a fundy lady I know....

Her email said today was a day to fly the flag.....Patriot's DAy or some such garbage.......

It got me to thinking, and then to posting this thread.......

I hear you about flying it upside-down.......that would work, as would flying it at half-staff.
