Now, form an S Corp. You could manage at first with an LLC, but incorporating has advantages. Do NOT try to get by with a DBA.

Also: don't try to do all the "business" crap yourself. Get a bookkeeper. And by all means join a small business networking/support group. Your profile says you are male. But, if there is a National Association of Women Business Owners chapter in your area, join it (they'll let you in if they are anything like the NAWBO chapter where I am). You also will want to look into SCORE: http://www.score.org/. They can hook you up with a volunteer mentor.
