3. Hypothetical scenario.
Said whiny twit wants to rescind a contract to buy a maple-syrup farm based on mutual mistake because less than .5% of the farm was showing signs of disease a month later. My argument: Sorry dude. There's no proof the disease was there at the time of the sale, the farm in general is still OK for maple syrup, a few hundred trees out of 10,000 is inconsequential (especially when the contract didn't specify #s of trees -- just approximations), and you didn't put anything in the contract to get you relief in case the agricultural expert you hired to inspect the property screwed up (so you assumed that risk).
