I'm going crazy with a dumped kitty!

For some reason, people seem to think that a hospital is a good
place to dump their unwanted animals. I've been able to nab a
kitten and find a home for her, I nabbed a beautiful white cat
who sat right in front of the food bowl waiting for me every
morning. That kitty found a home too. I took one home myself
years ago.

This one is beautiful. She's gray with gorgeous eyes, but she
will not let me touch her. I've been feeding her for many weeks
and the closest I've come is having her sniff my fingers. If
she lets me pet her, she's caught.

One of the Docs here has a cat shelter and provides medical
intervention. She and I plan to meet early Saturday when I
normally put the food out because when I shake the bowl, she
comes out of hiding. Once she's visible, Dr. X will do the
rest.

However, I haven't seen El Gato today. At all. Not even in
her usual hiding places. I just noticed that some of her
food has been eaten, but I'm afraid she's sick.

Anyway, wish us well and hope for a successful capture.
