23. I've got a bunch of cardiac testing coming up next month

Lipid protein testing, stress testing -- several hours of it over two days (I've got a bad right coronary artery and according to the notes from the clinic, I'm guessing they think it's congestive heart disease). If I don't pass, it looks like surgery (I've already gotten two stents and that's the limit).
The surgery part doesn't bother me as much as does the fact that I'm already into the docs/hospital for around $77,000. Who knows what the accumulated bill will be after this.
