10. Foreclosures seem to be increasing (Nashville area)
Our economy hasn't taken any major hits as far as plant closings. In the past I would see one or two foreclosure notices in the newspaper. It is not unusual to see 10-20 published on a single day. I think a LOT of people bought "the most home they could afford" and found out they couldn't afford it after all. I expect to see this trend to continue around here.
