1. If the damage is consistent with the police report, you'll pay for it.
(Or your insurance company will.)

If the damage isn't anywhere near where the police report said the other guy got hit, you won't get charged for it.


As for the deductible: The insurance company will still handle the details (at least if your insurance company is anything like mine).
