My doctor is SO cool! Giving me a month's supply of a med I need. [View All]

I lost my insurance coverage several months ago, because I didn't have enough work for full-time status (I'm working my way back up there). Most of the meds I have to take are manageable as far as how much they cost, but the doc put me on a cholesterol medication that costs $130 for 30 pills. I bought them last month, but I just flat out can't afford them this month. So I called the doctor's office, and they are giving me a month's supply of samples to get me through this month. I should be able to afford to buy them next month, but it's great that the doc is helping me this month.

Yes, I know that the doctors get buried in samples from the drug companies, but still, it's something I appreciate a lot.
