Each time, the DJs--in a show of affected spontaneity--took special pains to underscore the commendable vocal talent of Ms. Hilton.

"Know that you're hearing her actual, unprocessed voice," is the phrase they use again and again. Who uses an odd verbal construct like "know that" when describing something in casual conversation? Certainly not the same local knuckleheads whose chatterings are numbingly vapid.

I mean, DJs are free to pimp for her if they want, but can they at least compare notes so that they're not all hitting the same ClearChannel talking points?
