But - it doesn't take balls to tell a famous chef their food doesn't measure up; it takes only honesty and a true critic's mind. it does no service to people to lie about their stuff; it does great service to let them know whether you like or not, and why you like it or don't like it.

I don't any professional, except the ego-laden assholes, who don't want honest criticism like the judges on Iron Chef show.

The big hat on Gael really pissed me off. It was rude, IMO. Just as rude as wearing sunglasses inside, or chewing gum while doing an interview.

But please do not be alarmed or upset that the judges are actually, you know, judging and offering critique.
