Is it C. Montgomery Burns? (a rich guy who uses his wealth to ruthlessly crush his opponents but not by the most efficient means necessary)

Or is it Richie Rich? (a rich kid who was born into wealth)

Or is it Uncle Scrooge? (a rich duck who swims around in money)

Or is it the senile professor from Futurama? (a guy who's senile but brilliant, yet he occasionally forgets what's going on in the world)

Or is it Pinky And The Brain? (two lab mice - one's an imbecile and one's a genius who spends most of his time concocting ill-advised schemes for global domination)

Or is it Wiley Coyote? (a coyote who tries to crush his opponents by using the latest faulty technology)

Or is it Cletus The Slack-Jawed Yokel (for their obvoius relationship to southern rednecks)?

Or is it Snidley Whiplash (for their almost cartoonish portrayal of super-villany)?

Or is it Boris Badanov?
