You can be absolutely assured that the asshole, and his administration, will burn every record they can, hide the rest, or do whatever they can to comopletely cover their tracks everywhere.

And you can also be assured tht the transition from Shrub's whitehouse to the next president, there will be NO information passed on to the next president. It will be worse than the lack of cooperation Bush the First showed Clinton. This time, nothing will be passed from one administration to the next.
