while getting attacked and it helped him get away. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/9210382/

Alright, it said he was surfing in an area renowned for sharks. Call me crazy, but I'm going to say that this wasn't exactly a brilliant idea in the first place. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he got away and survived, but how dumb can you be?

You will not ever catch me -and I'm no rocket scientist - making it easy for a large animal to eat me. If a shark is going to get me that fucker better grow some legs cuz I'm not going into his habitat. And, if I did happen to go in the ocean, which I have, it sure the hell wouldn't be in their favorite hangouts and feeding areas. I'm from Montana, ok, I have seen bears and mountain lions before. By chance. I didn't walk into some grizzly bear's cave ringing a dinner bell.

Great White Sharks will eat you. Maybe they may mistake you for something else, but they really don't screw around. It doesn't take much common sense to respect what they are capable of doing.

He almost ended up being a Darwin Award.
