Have any of you guys heard about this free ipod stuff? [View All]

Two of my brothers in law signed up for it and actually received 20g Ipods from the service. I was TOTALLY skeptical about it, but now I'm willing to give it a shot. I thought it seemed kind of "pyramid scheme" like. It's so odd. I guess this Gratis Marketing (or something like that) receives HUGE amounts of cash for referring people to AOL, Realplayer, Ancestry.com, Ebay etc. and they can therefore afford to give away ipods for help in doing so.

A couple of my wife's friends on Indiebride got ipods this way too. They set up some system for referrals.

What do you guys think? Legit? Worth a shot?

I'm not putting this on to collect signatures either, I already sent it to all my friends. I'm just asking you guys if you've heard about it before.
